We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator - Global Luxury, Leisure & Lifestyle to join the Hyatt Sales Force team in Mainz Sales Office. This individual reports directly to the Sales Director – Global Luxury, Leisure & Lifestyle and will be responsible to support the Luxury, Leisure & Lifestyle EAME/SWA team assisting with the coordination of all activities to deliver and to maximize team revenues within EAME/SWA according to Hyatt’s sales and distribution strategy. In this position you will provide administrative support to the Sales Director, act as first line of contact to customers within the Luxury, Leisure & Lifestyle segment in EAME/SWA, communicate with internal customers (hotels) and other Hyatt entities, organize client events, Roadshows, trade shows, Sales Blitz etc. with the help of other HSF members and handle leisure group enquiries. You will also be responsible for building market intelligence and maintaining Hyatt’s data base.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree with hotel experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint, Excel and word is essential, a knowledge of a hotel system such as Envision, Cognos and Lanyon is desirable. You will be a pro-active team player, with a self-motived work approach. Immaculate grooming, with excellent communications skills in German and English (speaking/writing).
